Unfortunately, we are born into this world without directions on how to take care of our vehicle called "the human body".

Just like there are "essential nutrients" that we must eat to remain healthy, the following movies are our "top picks" of essential movies that must be watched. 

Most of these movies are free and the rest are almost free ($1 - $4).  Well worth the investment each and every one!
